This list has the most common areas that need extra attention when cleaning-  but cleaning is not limited to this list.  In general, you can expect these costs to be deducted from your deposit if they are not adequately cleaned with brush, cleaning solution and effort. This does not include damage or neglect deductions. Charges can also depend on the amount of labor estimated to clean and purchase cleaning supplies.  This is just a guideline and not limited to this list and deductions.  This is also assuming you have met all lease obligations.

• Kitchen floor: $50
  
• Cabinets/Countertop: $25
  
• Kitchen/Bathroom Sink: $25

•  Wipe inside/outside with cloth and cleaning solution
• Wipe debris/crumbs from shelves
• Wipe dirt/dust/debris from top of frige
• Suggestion: Remove drawers and shelving.  Wash in kitchen sink.
• Cabinets must be clean inside/out. 

• Countertops must be clean and stain free.  
• Cabinets must be empty, clean and free of crumbs and residue. 

Floor must be *THOROUGHLY* scrubbed and mopped.  Mopping alone rarely cleans adequately.  It must be scrubbed, then mopped.  suggestion: Scrub floor with brush using spic-and-span or an ammonia based product.  Then mop. 

To clean properly, remove plate from MW and wash in sink.  spray inside with Windex and let it set for 10 min.   wipe thoroughly with papertowels.   Make sure top of inside is clean.
